Who are we?

Since the early days of the 1900's, Central Iowa farmers knew they needed a place to market their grain for a fair price. Now, over 100 years later, Heartland Co-op has evolved into the cooperative it is today with its 71 locations providing products and services to its farmer members/patrons.

This is our moto, and we live by it. We all have different positions within the company, working together to make this happen. This may look like an Agronomist out in the field, talking about products, a merchandiser making that call to update the farmer about the markets, or a counter salesperson, welcoming the customer in the door with a smile. We have many positions across Iowa, that help meet the needs of our customers, so we can make sure have the right fit to fill at home, with Heartland Co-op.

Heartland Co-op Cares

Heartland Co-op goes out of its way to do the right thing. We are one of the first retail spaces to create a Conservation Agronomy Team, and is very active across the state, saving the soil and water for the future.

Heartland Co-op is also a big supporter of FFA, and believes in investing in the next generation of farmers.
